Forgot Your Password? New Reset Flow

A streamlined password reset flow makes recovering your account quick and secure. Reset links are sent instantly and expire after use.

What Changed

BrainBox now offers a complete password reset flow.

How It Works

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page 2. Enter your email address 3. Check your inbox for a reset link 4. Set a new password

Security Features

  • Reset links expire after 1 hour
  • Links are single-use
  • Previous sessions are invalidated
  • Email notification on password change

    • Why It Matters

    Forgotten passwords shouldn't lock you out of your work. This secure reset flow gets you back in quickly while protecting your account.

    Security Notes

    If you didn't request a password reset, ignore the email. Your account remains secure, and the reset link will expire automatically.
